Internationally acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa is headed to Australia in May to visit the three restaurants he has here that boast his name – Nobu. His trip down under will see him work with the chefs in his Perth, Melbourne and Sydney venues to get hands-on with dishes and menu design.
