Four Pillars is bringing its Martini Collective event to Melbourne for the first time, after it enjoyed success in Sydney last year – to celebrate the martini crafted with Four Pillars’ Olive Leaf Gin.
Martinis are iconic and timeless and embody sophistication in simplicity. Their allure lies in the harmonious marriage of gin’s botanical elegance and vermouth’s subtle complexity, transcending mere cocktails to become a cultural icon.
The ritual of crafting a martini, from the meticulous stirring to the crisp chill of the glass, is an art form in itself, evoking a sense of refinement and indulgence. With each sip, the sharp bite of juniper dances with the smooth embrace of vermouth, creating a symphony of flavors that tantalize the palate.
The Martini Collective is a group of restaurants across Sydney and Melbourne who will serve up a Mini Martini with the snack of their choice throughout the month of May. They are designed to order and enjoy as you peruse the menu: the drink to drink when you’re deciding what to drink.
From Wednesday 1 May to Sunday 2 June, you can head to any of the below venues in Melbourne for a perfectly sized Mini Martini paired with a unique and delicious snack:
- Cutler & Co, 55/57 Gertrude St, Fitzroy
- Lui Bar, 55 Rialto Towers, 525 Collins St, Melbourne
- Reine, 380 Collins St, Melbourne
- Flower Drum, 17 Market Ln, Melbourne
- Bar Bellamy, 164 Rathdowne St, Carlton
