Caulfield Racecourse is set to heat up with the return of the Whisky, Wine and Fire Festival over four nights from Thursday 18 to Sunday 21 July 2024. This is the first time the event has been held since before COVID.
This year, you’ll be able to venture below the surface of Caulfield’s new subterranean precinct to take part in a tasting journey designed to warm you from the inside out.
The festival is set in an alluring fire garden of sculptures and installations featuring produce from boutique and distinguished distilleries and wine makers.
There will also be a range of fine food vendors on hand like Fancy Hanks, Maple Leaf Meats, and Red Gum BBQ who will be cooking using fire for heat and theatre to dish up smoky and saucy comfort food for your winter feasting pleasure.
You can also expect to be entertained by a range of live acoustic artists so you can enjoy your whisky, wine and food by the fire while listening to some great tunes, or if live DJs are more your speed, there’ll be plenty of that going on too.
