Indie Aussie rock band, The Rubens, will be releasing their fifth album Soda in September and have announced a national tour to coincide with its release.
They’ll be headed on an eight-date tour throughout September and October. This includes a gig on 18 October at the Northcote Theatre.
The Rubens have solidified their place in the Australian music scene with their unique sound and captivating performances. Known for their soulful blend of rock and indie pop. The five-piece band has consistently wowed audiences with their musical prowess.
Their previous album, 0202, was a massive hit, reaching #1 on the ARIA charts and earning critical acclaim. Including a nomination for the prestigious Australian Music Prize (AMP). Tracks like “Live In Life” and “Masterpiece” became instant classics, achieving multi-platinum status.
Adding to the excitement of The Rubens 2024 Australian Tour are the supporting acts. NSW’s Central Coast indie-rockers, The Moving Stills, and Brisbane newcomers, Bean Magazine, will join The Rubens on stage, bringing their unique sounds to the tour. These talented artists are sure to set the stage for an unforgettable night of music and entertainment.
