Several high-profile acts appearing on this year’s Good Things Festival lineup have announced individual concerts while they’re in town – giving fans more opportunities to see their favourite artists close up.
Among the highlights are American folk-punk band, The Violent Femmes, known for their raw, acoustic sound and angsty lyrics. Sum 41, a Canadian rock band famed for their fusion of punk rock, pop, and metal influences are set to play an arena show at Margaret Court. And former Smashing Pumpkins frontman, Billy Corgan, is set to play a solo show at the Palais.
These side shows are a great opportunity for music lovers who can’t make the festival dates, or don’t want to go to a festival, who can still ensure they see their fave bands.
