Fresh off of of performing her The Sadness’ arena tour, 8-time ARIA award winner and alt-pop singer songwriter, Amy Shark has announced she’llbe hitting the road for a mammoth 20-date solo acoustic ‘Songs and Stories’ regional tour of Australia across January-March 2025.
For the first time ever, Amy will perform her entire set acoustically, with supporting, emotional and honest stories for every song.
The extensive tour kicks off on Thursday 16 January in Kalgoorlie, before weaving its way across Australia. Victorian fans will be able to catch her in Frankston, Traralgon, Bendigo, Ballarat, Shepparton and Geelong.Support for all shows will be Singer Songwriter Amélie Farren.
After bursting onto the music scene in 2016 with her six-time platinum single Adore, Amy Shark cemented her status as one of Australia’s top songwriters. Hits like I Said Hi (seven-time platinum) and Mess Her Up (three-time platinum) followed, alongside her #1 ARIA and platinum-certified debut album Love Monster, which earned her four ARIA Awards in 2018.
Her 2021 sophomore album Cry Forever debuted at #1, featuring collaborations with blink-182’s Travis Barker and Ed Sheeran. In 2023, Amy released Can I Shower At Yours, supported Coldplay, won a Logie for Australian Idol, and in 2024, returned with her third #1 album Sunday Sadness and The Sadness Tour.
