Set to open on 21 December the sunlit space promises an exciting blend of Espy classics, shareable snacks, pub favorites, and tantalizing cocktails, all paired with an unbeatable live entertainment lineup.
Transforming the former Ichi Ni site, the Espy Sunroom will feature stunning views, vibrant vibes, and a fresh destination with bookings now available.
The venue can accommodate up to 252 guests in its spacious bar and dining area, which includes cozy nooks and an open-air deck with a retractable roof.
Entertainment at the Espy Sunroom will include trivia nights hosted by Smarty Pints Co on Wednesdays, live music and DJs on Fridays, Espy house DJs with live instrumentals on Saturdays, and the ultimate Sunroom Sunday Sessions with funk, house, and soul DJs.
The menu highlights are equally enticing, featuring a seafood platter, cheese board, BBQ chicken pizza, coal-grilled barramundi, and the classic chicken parma. Signature cocktails include the Guava Paloma, Espy Negroni, and Japanese Slipper, complemented by a wide selection of Victorian and international wines and beers.
