Renowned Australian chef Curtis Stone is set to bring his celebrated culinary venture, The Pie Room, to Melbourne’s Federation Square for one day only on 23 January 2025.
This exclusive pop-up event, hosted by Visit California, will offer Melburnians a unique opportunity to savour Stone’s artisanal pies for free, which have garnered acclaim in Los Angeles. The flavours inspired by California’s coastlines, cities, and farms.
The Pie Room by Curtis Stone originated as a pandemic pop-up in Beverly Hills and has since evolved into a permanent bistro, delighting patrons with its authentic Australian meat pies and other savory pastries.
The pop-up aims to recreate the warm, inviting atmosphere of the original Pie Room, offering a taste of California’s culinary scene infused with Australian tradition.
The event will run from 7am to 3pm allowing visitors to indulge in a selection of Stone’s signature pies, each crafted with premium ingredients and reflecting his commitment to quality and flavour. Pies are limited, so get in quick.
