Beechworth-based craft brewery, Bridge Road Brewers, is set to elevate travellers’ experiences with the opening of its third venue at Melbourne Airport.
Opening at Terminal 1 on 4 February, the new establishment aims to bring the authentic flavours of Bridge Road Brewers to a broader and more diverse audience.
The airport venue will feature a selection of the brewery’s signature beers on tap, including their flagship Pale Ale, Outsider Lager, Little Hazy, and a rotating IPA, as well as Freetime, their popular non-alcoholic beer.
Complementing the beverage offerings, the menu will showcase High Country-inspired dishes such as Maria’s handmade pretzels reimagined as toasties, traditional pizzas, seasonal salads, and sourdough crumpets served with local Beechworth Honey.
The design of the space has been crafted in collaboration with Melbourne-based architects Studio Y, who previously worked on Bridge Road’s second venue – its brew-pub in Brunswick East.
The irport venue aims to reflect the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that the brewery is known for, ensuring a consistent and memorable experience for all visitors.
Whether winding down from a flight or preparing for departure, passengers can now enjoy a taste of Beechworth’s finest brews and cuisine, making their journey through Melbourne Airport all the more enjoyable.
