Legendary rock icons Toto are bringing their Dogz of Oz World Tour to Australia with special guest Christopher Cross with shows that promise to deliver a seamless blend of musical mastery and a performance of hits that have become the soundtrack of our lives.
The multiplatinum hitmakers will perform this April at John Cain Arena Melbourne on Wednesday 16 April and at the ICC Sydney Theatre in Sydney on Saturday 19 April.
The members of Toto and Christopher Cross have been friends and collaborators for more than four decades.
Toto’s Steve Lukather said “It’s been seven years and we’ve really been trying hard to get back to Australia. We can’t wait to see you all this April.”
Cross added: “I am very excited to be coming back down under to perform for my fans and to share the stage with my friends TOTO.”

Toto, formed in Los Angeles in 1977, is an American rock band known for blending pop, rock, soul, funk, and jazz elements. The original lineup included Bobby Kimball, Steve Lukather, David Paich, David Hungate, Steve Porcaro, and Jeff Porcaro
They gained fame with hits like “Hold the Line,” “Rosanna,” and “Africa,” the latter topping the Billboard Hot 100. Despite lineup changes and hiatuses, Toto has released 14 studio albums and sold over 50 million records worldwide. They continue to tour and perform, with Steve Lukather as the only constant member.
Christopher Cross burst onto the music scene in 1979 with his self-titled debut album winning five Grammy Awards, including – for the first time in Grammy history – the “Big Four” most prestigious awards: Record of the Year (for the single “Sailing”), Album of the Year, Song of the Year (for “Sailing”) and Best New Artist.
In a career spanning four decades, Cross has sold more than 12 million albums. His music has garnered five Grammys, an Oscar, a Golden Globe, an Emmy nomination and five Top 10 singles.
