British soul icon Billy Ocean is returning to Australia in September 2025 for his One World Tour.
Melbourne fans will be able to catch him at The Palais in St Kilda on Thursday 25 September.
Following the 40th anniversary of his landmark album ‘Suddenly’ and the special vinyl re-release, Billy Ocean will undertake a huge UK tour before coming to Australia. The show will see him perform all his greatest hits and fan favourites.
Billy Ocean is best known for his smooth blend of R&B, pop, and soul and rose to fame in the late 1970s and 1980s. Ocean’s biggest hits include Caribbean Queen (No More Love on the Run), When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Get Going, and Suddenly.
His music, characterised by catchy melodies and heartfelt lyrics, earned him international success. With multiple platinum albums and a Grammy Award, Ocean remains a beloved figure in pop and soul music history
In a statement about his upcoming tour, Ocean said:“I’m thrilled to get back to Australia – every time I come there, I’m welcomed with open arms. Can’t wait to see all my fans – it will be one giant party!”
