The legendary maestro behind some of Hollywood’s most iconic scores, Hans Zimmer, has announced he’s bringing his smash-hit tour, Hans Zimmer Live, to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne in April 2025. This marks his first Australian tour since 2019, and fans are in for an unforgettable audio-visual experience.
Melbourne fans will be able to catch him at Rod Laver Arena on 29 April.
Zimmer, a multiple Academy Award and Grammy winner, is renowned for his groundbreaking work on films like Gladiator, The Lion King, Inception, and Dune. His upcoming tour will feature a 19-piece live band, a full orchestra, and a stunning visual production that promises to transport audiences into the heart of his cinematic worlds.
Joining him on stage is acclaimed Australian singer Lisa Gerrard, who will perform beloved tracks from their collaborations, including Gladiator, which earned them a Golden Globe and an Oscar nomination.
The setlist includes newly arranged suites from Pirates of the Caribbean, The Dark Knight, Interstellar, and more, showcasing Zimmer’s unparalleled ability to blend emotion, drama, and grandeur into music.
