Whether you’re a chilli connoisseur or a curious foodie, there’s something to tantalise every palate.
Festival-goers can test their spice tolerance in the high-energy Shot n Holler Competition or cheer on the youngest enthusiasts in the brand-new Kids Sweet Corn and Sweet Chilli Eating Competition.

Live music from the 6-piece band Harmaniax will set the stage alight, while renowned local chefs like Sally Meaden and Juanita from Juanita’s Kitchen will dazzle with live cooking demonstrations, sharing secret recipes and expert tips.
To make your visit seamless, the festival offers a dedicated Chilli Express bus service from Lilydale Station. Early bird ticket holders will also receive a free chilli hat on arrival, adding a spicy touch to their festival experience.
