Having spent more time in our country than his own, Australia’s funniest adopted Californian Arj Barker has come to understand our culture perhaps even better than we do ourselves. He bloody well better, mate! This funny bugger has appeared all over Aussie TV, including the original Hey Hey It’s Saturday (yep, he’s been coming here for a while).
His latest show The Mind Field has just had a run at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and now he’s taking it on the road.
All of reality – at least to the extent that we can ever know it – exists exclusively in our conscious awareness. In other words, in our mind.
Armed with this fascinating revelation, Arj sets out to answer some of Life’s Biggest Questions:
Why are we here?
Are we alone in the universe?
Why does it hurt when we pee?
You’ll laugh and you’ll learn (possibly too much) but you’ll never look at anything the same, once you enter … The Mind Field
And if you’ve been paying attention to the news at all this week you’d already know that all of Arj’s shows are strictly age 15+.
