Healesville Sanctuary’s annual Wine & Wildlife event is back for 2024. Over the weekend of 24-25 August you can enjoy beverages from 20 local wineries, breweries and distilleries as you wander around the Sanctuary and check out native wildlife.
There will be huge teepees around the Sanctuary and open fires to warm up by, as well as live acoustic music all weekend.
A huge range of winter food will also be available for purchase from vendors including Babaji’s Kitchen, The Greatest Doughman, Lady Paella, Little Yarra Crêperie and Healesville Sanctuary’s three cafes.
The Wine & Wildlife weekend is a fundraiser to help Healesville Sanctuary to rescue and rehabilitate injured wildlife. Every year the Sanctuary treats thousands of wild animals at its wildlife hospital, the Australian Wildlife Health Centre.
The Sanctuary will open from 9am to 5pm across the weekend, with tastings available from 10:30am to 4:30pm Tickets to the event will give you exclusive entry to the venue. General admission tickets to the Sanctuary will not be available on the Wine & Wildlife weekend.
