Rug up and get along to Moorabbin Junction After Dark on Saturday 10 August to experience winter-time family friendly fun. Even bigger, brighter, and better than last year, Station Street’s winter festival is back, and celebrating all things local.
This all-ages and fully accessible event will include live music, roving puppetry, interactive art installations, glow-in-the-dark face painting and art, creative workshops and exhibitions at the Kingston Arts Centre, a silent disco, delicious food, and more.
Neon light artist Carla O’Brien from Volter International will transform Station Street into an immersive and interactive pop-up wonderland from twilight until after dark and businesses along Station Street will be open late, offering specials and delicious winter-warming dishes to dine in or take away.
Don’t miss out on an Instagram-worthy selfie against an exciting and unexpected backdrop of light, colour, and interactive art.
Station Street is right next to Moorabbin Station, so you can easily catch a train or bus to the party and avoid worrying about parking.
