This Wednesday, 25 September, Zambrero will be giving away 300 burritos at every one of its 300 locations. That’s 90,000 free burritos.
The promotion marks the opening of its 300th restaurant globally, cementing it as Australia’s largest Mexican restaurant chain. The newest store is here in Melbourne on Glenferrie Road Hawthorn.
“We wanted to take this moment to celebrate with our customers, and what better way than with free burritos,” said Matt Kenny, Zambrero CEO.
The new Hawthorn restaurant is led by one of Zambrero’s most experienced and accomplished Franchise Partners, Luke Grady. He owns 10 restaurants and has been involved with the brand since 2015.
“We’re very excited to open the 300th restaurant in Hawthorn. There’s a real buzz around Melbourne at the moment with lots of new Zambrero restaurants opening in and around the city,” said Grady.
The Zambrero ethos has always been to deliver high-quality, fresh and convenient Mexican-inspired food whilst helping alleviate world hunger.
The 90,000 free burritos on offer this Wednesday, 25 September, will also mean an additional 90,000 meals donated through Plate 4 Plate.
