Riding high on the success of last year’s inaugural event, Lookout Festival is back, and it’s pulling no punches in 2025. Featuring a powerhouse lineup of Australian rock legends—Jet, Grinspoon, The Veronicas, Spiderbait, Jebediah, Magic Dirt, and Youth Group— promising an unforgettable day of electric energy and roaring live music.
Set in a unique and immersive venue, Lookout Festival is not just a concert but a celebration of Australian rock heritage. With an unrivaled atmosphere, it invites fans to experience timeless classics and fresh sounds from iconic bands who have shaped the nation’s music scene.
The festival will be held in two locations in Victoria – at the Torquay Common on 22 March 2025 and the Mornington Racecourse on 23 March 2025. Saturday 22nd March
Melbourne rock juggernaut, Jet, will bring their signature anthems like “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” and “Cold Hard Bitch” to the stage. Fresh from their 2023 induction into the ARIA Hall of Fame, Jet’s raw energy and globally recognized sound will set the tone for an epic event.
The Veronicas, whose chart-topping hits like “Untouched” and “4Ever” have cemented their place as pop-rock royalty, add a unique flavor to the festival. Their high-energy performances and generational anthems are sure to captivate audiences.
Grinspoon, another heavyweight in the lineup, has been riding a wave of success with their latest album, “whatever, whatever.” A bold, adrenaline-fueled return to the forefront of the rock scene, the album highlights the band’s staying power and creative evolution after 25 years in the industry.
For fans of alternative rock, Spiderbait, Jebediah, and Magic Dirt bring a mix of nostalgia and edge. These bands represent the heart of Australian indie rock, with tracks that have defined summers and shaped the nation’s musical landscape.
Youth Group, known for their ARIA-winning cover of “Forever Young” and evocative indie rock sound, will round out the lineup. Their introspective lyrics and dynamic performances promise a soul-stirring experience.
