Embark on an enchanting adventure into the realm of tomorrow with the Now or Never Art Trail – part of Melbourne’s new Now or Never Festival. Stretching across 1.2km along the Docklands promenade, this outdoor gallery of radiant beauty blurs the lines between our tangible world and the digital domain.
Curated by Experimenta, a pioneering organization at the intersection of art and technology, this trail showcases the imaginative works of both Australian and international artists. As you wander along this meandering path, you’ll be captivated by AI-generated creatures parading endlessly and a majestic light beam extending towards infinity. These remarkable audio-visual experiences invite contemplation about our role in the future.
Set against the backdrop of the city’s twinkling lights above the shimmering harbor, the Now or Never Art Trail offers a family-friendly escapade. While visiting, indulge in delectable treats from food trucks and enjoy refreshing drinks from the Moon Dog Craft Brewery conveniently located on-site.
The Now or Never Art Trail is on over four nights of the festival from 17 to 20 August. Find out how to get there, what to do and an art trail map here.
