Melbourne’s Formula 1 weekend is about to get a delicious upgrade. From 13 to 16 March, acclaimed chef Brendan Pang will join forces with Suzie Q’s Head Chef Michael Stolley to deliver a one-of-a-kind dining experience that blends traditional Chinese flavours with bold, modern twists.
This exclusive four-night pop-up at Suzie Q promises to be the ultimate pre- or post-race indulgence during the city’s most electrifying weekend.

The limited-edition menu, priced at $66 per person, will feature next-level dumplings, hand-pulled noodles, and umami-packed creations that celebrate the dishes Brendan grew up with, alongside innovative culinary surprises. With just 10 sittings per night, this is a rare opportunity to experience a collaboration that won’t be repeated.
Brendan Pang said, “I’m excited to be teaming up with Stolley and the Suzie Q crew for this special menu. We’ve put together dishes that bring in the flavours I grew up with, alongside some fun twists. It’s a great chance to share something different with Melbourne, especially over such a big weekend.”
Michael Stolley added, “Brendan’s approach to dumplings and noodles fits right in with what we do at Suzie Q. This menu is all about keeping things simple, flavourful, and true to what we both love to cook. It’s a one-off for the F1 weekend, and we’re keen to see how people enjoy it.”
Bookings are now open, but seats are strictly limited. Don’t miss this unmissable culinary event—reserve your spot at suzieq.melbourne.
