More than 53,000 spectacular tulips will be on display from approximately mid-September in Bendigo, the centrepiece of its annual Bloom Festival. It’s worth the day trip up the Calder to check them out along Pall Mall and in the Conservatory Garden of the beautiful gold-rush era city. The blooms are on show usually until early October, and come in an an assortment of sizes, colours and blooming times. This year marks the 20th year of the display. Victorians are invited to have a say in its 2024 Pride Tram design. This is the second year that Yarra Trams has opened the design of the #AllAboard Pride Tram to the public. Artists were asked to submit a design that depicts what they think inclusion on public transport looks like, and what #AllAboard means for them.
